Is the equipment ( like cameras) insured by the Commission worldwide? And what is the franchise?

As specified in point 2.1. of Tender Specifications for Lot I (see Tender Specifications Lot I), "In general, and applying to Lot I overall, the Contractor is expected to maintain the equipment and systems provided by the Commission in good working order. The Contractor will bear full responsibility for any damage to or loss of the provided equipment. Any damaged or lost equipment must be recovered immediately by the Contractor at his own expense."
