In the tender specifications, Section 2.4.a, it is determined that a time schedule of measurements must be submitted as part of the inception report, i.e. 30 days after signature of the contract. Does this time schedule have to include a detailed list of times when the phantom is measured by each participant or is a time period during which the measurements will take place in general sufficient?
