Question	Regarding tender specifications, Annex 1, Part 1, can the JRC confirm that for purposes of this proposal that the World Trade Organisation Revised Agreement on Government Procurement applies, and specifically Article II, Scope and Coverage, for bidding entities whose governments are members of the WTO.
