Question
For how many days the workshop should be budgeted in terms of accommodation of the project manager? Will the travel costs of the facilitator be provided by the Commission?

The duration of the workshops to be decided by the platform is not known at this stage but they will most likely last 1-2 days. Hence accommodation should be planned for the contractor's team to be at the venue in advance of the meeting and up to the end of the meeting. The travel costs of any faciliator offered by the contractor to assist with the meetings will be borne by the budget of the contract.
