Extending the financial offer form

The Financial Offer Form leaves us room to upload the percentages. The tender specifications document asks for (amongst others) prices in euro's. Are we allowed to add pages to the financial offer in order for us to explain our pricing and list our channel prices? Or should we create an addendum, or should we put it in the technical offer?

Please submit your financial offer according to the template provided in Annex I.F. Any other information will not be taken into account either for financial evaluation purposes or during the contract implementation. The due amounts during the contract implementation stage have to be expressed in EUR. Please check also answers to all previous questions as well. Please note that we are not bound to reply to requests for additional information received less than six working days before the time limit for receipt of tenders. To that regard, we will not answer any other questions.
