Existing contractors (SMART 2015/1089)
Will the contractors who have been responsible for the development and integration of the existing tools under SMART 2015/1089 (referred to in section 2.1 under the heading SMART 2015/1089 & THE MELICERTES FACILITY of the Tender Specifications) which is due to finish in November 2019 have any contractual commitments for maintenance or warranties for quality of the code they have developed beyond the end of November 2019? Will there be an overlap between the contracts and will they be responsible for the orderly handover of the deliverables to the contractor of SMART 2018/1024?

The contractors to SMART 2015/1089 have various contractual requirements including handover of management and operation of MeliCERTes. The SMART 2015/1089 project is scheduled to finish in early November. It is presently planned that the contractor for SMART 2018/1024 will be in place before November.
