Prices under reopening of competition mechanism
Section 3.1 Description and type of framework contract - II. Reopening of competition mechanism (page 6 of 53) of the Technical Specifications reads: “When submitting an offer under the reopening of competition mechanism the contractors will not be bound by the prices offered at the framework contract level.” To our understanding this means that under the reopening of competition mechanism the prices that we offer can be lower but also higher than the ones quoted in the Financial tender form submitted as part of the current procedure. Could you please confirm or clarify further?
