Annex 2-2-0 Financial Selection Questionnaire - Question 1.3 - Statement of overall turnover and turnover concerning the services to be covered by the contract
Concerning the statement of overall and specific turnover, it is stated in the call for Tenders in the annex 2-2-0 – Financial Selection Questionnaire question 1.3: “Have you enclosed a statement of overall turnover and turnover concerning the services to be covered by the contract during the last two financial years?” However in the annex 6-6-0, Guidebook for Tenderers, in the Phase 2: Selection paragraph 10.2.1 it says: In order to prove that you have sufficient economic and financial capacity to perform the contract, you will generally be asked to present the following documentation: “a statement of overall turnover and turnover concerning the works, supplies or services covered by the contract during the last three financial years available”. Which one is correct? Should we provide figures concerning the turnover for the last two or last three financial years?

It is sufficient to provide the statements of turnover for the last two financial years.
