For budget item 8.3G, can you please clarify the source language to be used for these translations?

Under task 8.3 bullet point on translation, we state: “By default, documents related to the RAN will be drafted in English. However, for justified reasons, the Commission may exceptionally request the contractor to draft documents in other languages, in particular French and German (and translate them in English if meant to be published).”
