Good afternoon, may we ask you to confirm the estimated budget indicated in the ToR for Lot 4 (EUR 120.000 for 2*3 days events)? Indeed, taking into account the budget assigned to this project in the past (EUR 300.000 for 3*3 days events), the budget seems underestimated. Best regards

The estimated budget is correct. The scope of the future contract is not the same as the scope of the previous contract. For example, it does not include the travel costs of the EECCA participants. The estimated budget has been reduced accordingly.
