“We assume that the option for licensing would be adopted as the work will include work authored by third parties who retain and will not transfer their rights. Therefore please can the Commission confirm that the ownership (acquisition) option will not be used or will be removed from the contract conditions?”

The corrigendum of both framework contracts has been published.

The Commission will not acquire ownership of the work authored by third parties and the licensing option will be used. A corrigendum of the draft framework contracts will be published soon.
