hand-signed originals of the declaration on honour
At pag 39 4.1.2. is stated: "The hand-signed originals of the declaration of honour must be sent by letter to the contracting authority's postal address indicated under Heading I.1 of the contract notice at the latest on the first working day following the electronic submission of tender". Please consider that in our countries August is the summer break for all the Companies of the Consortium. Please consider the possibility to add 2 weeks for sending the hand-signed originals (not just 1 day after the electronic submission).

As a signed declaration on honour, for each legal entity, need to be submitted using the eSubmission application, we are from the opinion that the hand-signed orignals can be provided within the time period as indicated under section 4.1.2
