Technical and professional capacity criteria and evidence
Question
For the evidences related to the technical and professional capacity criteria, all of them (A1, A2, A3, A4, as well as B1, B2 and B2) are said "to be provided on request". Could you please clarify which are your expectations on these evidences? Some evidences such as CVs or list of relevan projects (experience) are usually part of the proposals. Other may be actually provided on request (e.g. letters of intent). But the "to be provided on request" sentence appears in all evidences listed above. Which evidences need to be actually delivered with the proposal?

Tenderers are not required to provide evidences as part of the offer. However they may chose to provide CVs. The evidences for technical and professional capacity criteria will need to be submitted by the preferred tenderer following evaluation.
