3.2.3. Technical and professional capacity A. Criteria relating to tenderers
Can we consider on-going projects as eligible for references if the relevant and significant of project has already been implemented i.e. the part of the project implemented corresponds to the criteria requested. For example an on-going project to be finished by the end of this year of a total amount of 3 millions but for which 200 000 EUR have been already implemented in the relevant field.
