Does EC plan to provide security devices (virtual or physical) such as firewalls, IPS, log correlators, ...? Do they have to be provided by the Contractor?

While the contractor can make some basic assumptions about the platform and website being within a trusted environment, network segregation as part of security-in-depth will require the provision of some security devices. It is a matter for the offer to provide for such arrangements.
