On p. 28 of the tender specifications: “Collect of at least 4 parallel language resources containing at least 2 Mio translation units in at least 12 languages of the CEF programme.” Do you mean a) The total sum of Tus in the (at least) 4 language resources should be at least 2 million TUs OR b) The minimum size per resource should be 2 million (i.e. at least 8 million for at least 4 resources)?

a) is incorrect b) is correct The minimum size per resource should be 2 million translation units. Each translation unit should be composed by at least 12 languages.
