Economic and Financial capacity
If one of the tenderers in a joint tender is a newly formed entity that was created after the acquisition by another company (i.e. the major shareholder), can the financial capacity be proved by providing the financial data of the major shareholder, since the data of the newly formed entity are not available?

In order to reach the required minimum level in the technical and financial capacity all economic operators participating (leader, members, subcontractors etc.) will be assessed jointly.
