With reference to the Service Contract draft, does section II.18 'Termination of the Contract' stops being applicable given that I.11 'Termination by either party' says: 'Termination by either party is not applicable to this contract'?

Instead of 'Termination by either party is not applicable to this contract' please read: 'Article I.11. is not applicable to this contract'. The contract will be rectified before signing. The Article 'II.18 Termination of the contract' is applicable to this contract.
