Answer	22/07/2019 Dear Madam/Sir, The description under the award criterion 'Quality and relevance of the proposed methodology', as detailed for Sub Task 2.2, on the Bullet point three (page 14) refers to Member States (geographical coverage). The study needs to cover a representative sample of Member States of the European Union.
