With reference to the point 2.1 of the Technical Specifications "Products to be supplied" what do you mean by "public accessible catalogue"? Can an online catalogue covered by a password be considered a public accessible catalogue?

Yes, an online catalogue covered by a password can be considered a public accessible catalogue as long as it is not tailor made. The brut prices (discount excluded) should be the same for all customers (discounts can be customer related of course). Pricing during contract execution is based on the offered discounts so it is important that brut prices can be verified.
