Dear Madam, dear Sir, I understand that we have to complete the Annex 6 but we don't have a Word version to complete and sign it. I hope I haven't missed something. Could you please help us? Looking forward to reading you.

According to the General Administrative and Submission Clauses, the Annex 6 - Template of Service Contract for the provision of Services to the EIF - does not need to be completed, but only initialed by the Tenderer for acceptance. Therefore, a PDF version of this template has to be sufficient. The tenderer has to print it out, initial it and add to the tender.
