Duration of contract
In the Contract Notice under II.2.7), it is stated „Duration in months: 12“. In the Administrative Annex under „1.8 Duration of the contract“ it is stated „The contract resulting from the award of this call for tenders will be concluded for 6 months.“, and in the Draft-Contract document under „I.3. ENTRY INTO FORCE AND DURATION I.3.3“ it is also stated „The duration of the performance of the contract must not exceed 6 months.“ Is the duration of the contract 12 or 6 months?
