Dear Madam/Sir, Please can you confirm our understanding of your response regarding the deadline for hand signed paperwork? We want to be sure that should we submit everything electronically on Wednesday prior to the 23:59 deadline without the advanced electronic signature, that we can dispatch the hard copies the next day. Do we need proof of dispatch? Please can you explicitly confirm the deadline for receiving copies of the actual signed documents? Many thanks.

Dear Madam/Sir, Your understanding of the Letter of invitation to tender is correct, you must dispatch the signed originals at the latest the next day after the electronic submission of tender (i.e., as per your example, on Thursday). Please keep the proof of dispatch, it may prove useful. There is no specific deadline for the contracting authority to receive the originals, but only for the tenderer to dispatch them.
