Referring to the award criteria stated in the contract notice under II.2.5): Can you confirm that „Price“ is the only award criteria to be considered given full compliance with all minimum legal/regulatory, economic/financial and technical requirements?

As stipulated in the Contract Notice, section II.2.5) the Award criteria is price only. Also please see the provisions of the Administrative Annex "The contract shall be awarded to the tender with the lowest price, which complies with the Tender Specifications and is submitted by a tenderer having access to procurement, not in an exclusion situation and fulfilling with the selection criteria).
