Further to question 8. The reply does not answer my question. Maybe I was not clear. I try again: Some of the requested admin forms, e.g. legal entity form and financial identification form that need to be signed and added to the tender are already filled in and signed in the PANDOR system. My institution has registered with the PANDOR system and according to my information the Commission would have access to this. What I need to know is can you access those forms and are they legitimate or do I need to go through the process of filling them in and signing them again for this tender? Thanks

The PANDOR system is not used in Directorates-General Environment and Climate Action. For this tender the forms have to be filled in and signed.
