Could you please confirm that only the duly completed and signed Annex 6 (Model Financial Offer) must be provided within the Financial Offer section? Could you also please confirm that the "total amount of the tender" that must to be inserted in the relevant field of the e-Submission application correspond to the amount indicated in the Financial Offer as "Total Reference Price"?

Yes, we confirm. As provided in section 4.2 of the tender specifications under Financial offer: A complete financial offer, including the breakdown of the price needs to be uploaded. For this purpose, the Model Financial Offer shall be completed, duly signed and uploaded in eSubmission. It is the responsibility of each tenderer to ensure that the total amount of the tender inserted in the relevant field of the e-Submission application corresponds to the amount indicated in the uploaded financial offer. In case of discrepancies, only the amount indicated in the financial offer will be taken into account.
