Catering services during DFAT
Under paragraph 1.6 of Annex 2, it is mentioned that the costs related to coffee breaks, the welcome cocktail, the social events (including transport by bus) and the group photos (if any) are to be fully charged to the Contracting Authority. What about lunches and dinners? Are their costs to be charged to the Contracting Authority or not?

Heading 1.6 of annex 2 refers to specific invoicing rules for the DFAT. Any other standard service should comply with annex 1, in casu heading 4.
