In order to access the registration platform, participants should have a password to access their profiles. Could you please confirm that also the general website of the event should be protected and that participants should have a password to access it?

Yes, the general website is accessible with a login/ password. Candidates get the link and a default password to access the webpage where they have to create an account using an office email as userID. They will then get a passcode via email associated to their emailadress (used as logon). With the email logon and passcode received they can then create their profile.
