Question
We understand that for criteria 11.3 a) the minimum project budget should be 1,000,000 EUR . Can you please clarify if it will be sufficient if the total value of the project is minimum 1,000,000 EUR and the candidate has implemented minimum 50% of it as own share before the deadline for the submission of the Expression of Interest?

For criteria 3.a), the threshold value of 1.000.000 EUR aply to the contract value, or to the part of the contract value that has been successfully implemented until the deadline for submission, proven through adequate documentary evidence. For all references, the candidate should have implemented the project a) alone, b) as leader of a consortium, or c) as a partner in a consortium with with a minimum participation of 50%.
