3.2.2. Technical, legal and professional capacity
We are able to deliver the equipment - Heart Beat Detectors, as requested in the ToR. In this regard we would like to point out that the experience for detecting clandestine involves much wider area of technologies, including Heart Beat detection technology, still serving the same purpose. Please advise whether contracts for delivery of equipment for detection of people hidden in vehicles using other technologies will be accepted as similar experience. In the event that the requirements in ToR should be read as completed contracts only for delivery of equipment of “the type of Heart Beat Detector” this significantly restricts the number of potential bidders and infringe the competitive nature of the tender procedure, etc. Please confirm that experience in delivering equipment for detection of people hidden in vehicles using different technologies will be accepted as eligible for this tender procedure.

Experience in delivering equipment for detection of people hidden in vehicles using different technologies is acceptable as eligible for this tender procedure, as long as the tenderer provides the appropriate evidence of the mentioned experience.
