Invitation to Open Tender
In art. 4 from the Invitation to Tender is stated: "When the declaration(s) on honour and/or Tenderer’s submission form and/or the tender report are signed by hand, a scanned copy must be attached to the tender in e-Submission. The hand-signed originals must be sent by letter at the latest on the first working day following the electronic submission of tender." Please confirm that documents mentioned above can be sent in original at latest on the first working day following the electronic submission of the tender and this does not mean that they have to be received at Frontex headquarters at latest on the first working day after the electronic submission of the tender.
