Question
Within the proposed project it is planned to analyze mandates directed to EFSA. Will EFSA provide additional material (e.g. the regarding questions and consequent subquestions of at least two years or internal protocols) after a contract is concluded or will the evaluation be based on the material that is open for public?

The purpose of the task is ‘to assess whether the draft classification provided by EFSA adequately covers all types of EFSA questions and in case will propose improvements’. To this scope the awarded contractor will be requested to actively search for opinions/reports and other material published by EFSA in the last 2 years. All this material is open for public and can be easily retrieved by the contractor. EFSA might decide to provide additional material (unpublished reports/statements etc.) in case of need but this would not be necessarily the case.
