Question
As indicated in the tender specification (Invitation letter, point 3) the tender must be prepared in one of the official languages of the European Union. Could you please confirm, that the offer will not be a subject to rejection, if for example the Section One to Three and Five is prepared in English and section Four - technical tender is prepared in other official EU language?

The tender will not be rejected if Section Four is submitted in an official language of the EU other than English. Please note that as indicated in pt 1.2. of the Specifications the framework contract will be concluded and its implementation will be done in English.
