Please refer to the document CORRIGENDUM EAC/21/2019 -Tender specifications Part 1 where paragraph 3.2.1. “Legal and regulatory capacity” has been amended to read: Tenderers do not need to prove specific legal and regulatory capacity to perform the contract.
