ANNEX II: TERMS OF REFERENCE EN-AA-001125-001(TA2018167 R0 IF3) TATOR 6.1.1 Key experts / Key expert 2: Senior SME Finance Expert / Page 17
In Specific professional experience for Key expert 2 it is written: "Strong regional experience as demonstrated by at least 5 years of relevant international professional experience (based outside the country of origin) of which at least 2-3 years should have been spent in topics covering ESG and Gender activities in Africa preferably in at least one of the target countries". The same wording is used in the Specific professional experience of Key expert 3: Senior ESG & Gender Expert. Question: We assume that this requirement is valid for KE-3 only and not to KE-2. Could you confirm or infirm that this assumption is correct?
