Question re. the draft til Framework Services Contract
Referring to II.5) Can EEA accept that a data protection agreement is based on the template issued by Danish Data Protection Agency ?

Please refer to Question15. In exceptional duly justified cases, the EEA may consider such a request by the contractor as long as the provisions of the suggested document do not contradict the provisions if the framework contract. Please note that the data protection legal framework applicable to the EEA is very much aligned to the data protection legislation applicable to Member States, including Denmark.
