Question
Please be aware that after the UK's withdrawal from the EU, the rules of access to EU procurement procedures of economic operators established in third countries will apply to candidates or tenderers from the UK depending on the outcome of the negotiations. In case such access is not provided by legal provisions in force candidates or tenderers from the UK could be rejected from the procurement procedure. In case tenderer proposes a subcontractor from the UK in his bid, would this mean the proposal is rejected in case the UK leaves the EU without a deal? This taking in mind that subcontractors within the project can be replaced if needed.

The clause does not apply to subcontractors. Economic operators may choose the subcontractors they like.
