Workshop Location Arrangements and Expenses
The Call for Tenders notes that the Commission will provide a meeting room for the workshop. Will the Commission arrange for and cover any other expenses related to the workshop, including: Audio/visual support? coffee/lunch? Audio or webinar recording? Facilitation services?

The Commission will povide the meeting room with associated facilities (audio system, projector) needed for the conduct of the workshop. The Commission is also going to provide the coffee/refreshments during breaks. Lunch (whether it is to be provided and how it would be covered) should be decided closer to the date. If the room allows, local facilities can be used by the contractor for the recording of the event, but the documentation remains the responsibility of the contractor. Facilitation services (if needed) are the responsibility of the contractor.
