Tool and catalogue in multiple languages
Can the (IT service of the) EC take care of the translation of the tool and the catalogue in other EU languages? If yes, how many languages?

All activities within the scope of this tender shall be performed in English. However the Tool should be flexible enough to be integrated in a multilingual interface and to be translated into further languages at a second moment in the context of the European Resource Efficiency Excellence Centre, which will further refine and complete it. Consistently with this, in the Tender specifications on page 9 it is written that “since the Tool will be operated, further refined and expanded in the context of the Centre, it shall be highly flexible” and on page 10 that the “Tool should at least […]be applicable and transferable to different social and economic environments and regions/ countries and show minimal language dependency.”
