Tenders Specifications - Average number of incidents per year
Within the Tenders Specifications it has been stated that the current average number of incidents per year created for the application(s) have been of 4incidents, of which only 1 have had priority higher than normal. . However, within the specification of the services to be provided under Type 1 services (Helpdesk and corrective maintenance) there are other activities described as propose deployment options, support back-up recoveries, etc... Could you indicate how many interventions (incidents and other activities) have been carried out under this service in the past years?

The number incidents provided in the average already covers those extra activities. For the estimation of the workload it is sufficent to use the provided average. Incidents, in this case, are considered to be any intervention or analysis requested within the scope of maintenance services.
