Joint Tender Requirements
Dear Sir/Madam, in the case of a joint tender is it necessary that both parties meet the 3 years of financial statement requirements? If the less important partner in the joint tender can show three years of turnover and 1 year of simplified and certified statements is this acceptable?

The minimum levels of economic and financial capacity must be met by the tendering group as a whole, except the financial statements that each economic operator must provide individually. The documentary evidence to prove such economic and financial capacity to perform the contract must relate to the past three financial years as indicated in the Annex I. Presenting documentary evidence for only a financial year would not meet the requirement.
