Reimbursable
In page 21 of the tender specifications it is mentioned that “An amount corresponding to the reimbursable expenses. - NOT APPLICABLE”. Our understanding is that we should not mention any reimbursable expenses under the category “human resources” of the table provided OR include them in the experts’ feed. Still, we have to mention all reimbursable expenses such as travel and accommodation expenses for meetings including meetings in Brussels with the Commission, translations, etc. under category “Other”. Please be as kind as to confirm our understanding.

The quoted price must be a fixed amount which includes all charges (including travel and subsistence). Travel and subsistence expenses are not refundable separately and therefore, they are not reimbursable costs. You should calculate these kind of expenses as fixed costs.
