Clarification re. Workshop venues
May we please request clarification on whether the European Commission will (as in previous Tenders) make available its conference facilities in Brussels or Luxembourg for the two workshops, cost-neutral to the contractor? We are aware of the specifications that state that "the contractor is in charge of the reimbursement of travel and accommodation to speakers/panellists and of the venue, the moderation and catering of the workshop", but realise that if the conference facilities have to be paid for in full, this will require a large part of the total budget and make feasibility challenging.

We refer you to the technical specifications requirement that “the contractor is in charge of […] the venue […] of the workshop”, applicable to the two workshops included in this call for tenders (tasks 1 and 3). The specifications further require that “the quoted price must be a fixed amount which includes […] the cost of the workshops”.
