Subject	Power of Attorney
Question	In our experience, a Power of Attorney is normally required to be signed by all members of a joint bid (group leader and group members). However, the Annex 8 Checklist indicates that only a "Partner in joint tender" should sign this document, and not also the "Lead contractor". Please clarify.
Answer	01/10/2014 The Power of Attorney needs to be signed and submitted only by the group members (partners of the joint tender).
