After reading the e-submission guide, it is not obvious to see where we have to upload: - The complete PDF version, - The scanned and signed documents to finalize the administrative answer. For the scanned and signed documents, do we have to split it into different items: - Cover letter/Annex A/Annex Ib/Annex C/ into “Legal… - Annex III and VII into “Economic… - Declaration into “Declaration…. Thanks a lot for your answer.

eSubmission provides a way to upload documents. All the tabs are available. The tenderer will only use the tabs that are required. Information about which documents are required as evidence is provided in the tender specifications. E.g. CVs for staff will be uploaded under the tab "technical and professional capacity"; the declaration on the honour on compliance with the exclusion criteria under the "exclusion criteria" tab; Every tab from eSubmission has a name that is self-explanatory. Any document that does not belong to any of the tabs, can be added into the “other documents” tab.
