Tender EASME/COSME/2014/006 - Request of clarification
With reference to what stated at § 3.3.2 of the Specifications for the Tender in object, under “Criteria relating to the team delivering the service” (page 25), could you please confirm that the combination of qualifications concerning the staff (point II), i.e.: • University degree in the field of law; • At least 3 years' experience in the field of commercial and/or competition law; • Knowledge of unfair trading practices in business-to-business commercial relationships; • Knowledge of the structure and the functioning of the retail supply chain; • Knowledge of the EU Internal Market policies; • Ability to perform comparative analysis; • Knowledge of the food sector and of the functioning of the food supply chain will be an advantage must be ensured by the staff as a whole, and not by each individual expert in the staff itself?
The "combination of qualifications concerning the staff" must be ensured by the project team as a whole and not by each individual member
