Kindly clarify: The technical specifications state that there should be 2 coffee breaks per day organized for the participants (300 pax). As the duration of the conference is 2 days, it sums up to 4 coffee breaks in total with a total amount of units being 300x4=1200. However, in Annex 6 (task 8, coffee breaks) the maximum number of units is 300. Shouldn't it be 1200 to reflect the correct cost when calculating the "total amount of the offer"?

In Annex 6, the maximum number of units is indeed 300 for “task 8, coffee breaks” because the unit price in € (flat rate per participant) should mention the total price for 4 coffee breaks for one participant.
