If the IT specialist is subcontracted by our company, will that person be considered as a subcontractor or being a freelance would he/she be considered as freelance translators for this call for tenders? Thank you

Please see replies to Q41 and Q54. If you intend to rely on a freelance IT specialist to satisfy the professional capacity requirement under point 14.3 of the specifications, you do not need to fill in Annex VII on sub-contracting.
