Question	Shall identified subcontractors who have to sign Annex 4 also sign Annex 3 (admin. ID form) ?
Answer	18/10/2019 The subcontractors do not need to sign Annex 3. In accordance with the Checklist of documents to be submitted, Annex 3 needs to be provided only by all the partners participating in the tender, the lead partner included.
