In the context of subcontractors, could you please specify what you mean with "whose capacity is necessary to fulfil the selection criteria"? - Does it mean: subcontractors whose input, contract references and CVs are needed to fulfil all the selection criteria stated in the tender specifications (F1, A1-A4, B&-B10)? Or does it (also) mean something else?

The declaration of honour Annex IV has to be provided by subcontractors whose capacity is needed to fulfil any of the selection criteria's by economical operator(s) participating to this procurement procedure.
